Welcome to Weobley - The Jewel in the Crown of Herefordshire’s Black and White Villages

Theatre Group

The Weobley Theatre Goers started in July 2005, since when we have gone to eight or nine productions a year. These are usually trips to Malvern, but also to Birmingham, Cardiff or Cheltenham. You can dip in and out of the trips as you like; the cost of the coach is included in the price and, for trips other than Malvern, there is time to look around the city centres or shop before going to the theatre.

Everyone is welcome. For information look in Magpie, the monthly newsletter for Weobley or ring Kate Best 01544 318513. For future trips, see the What's On page.

The next production we are going to is Cilla at the Bristol Hippodrome on Thurs 15 March, leaving Bell Square, Weobley at 10am for the 2.30pm performance.

Sadly, this will be the last production I shall be taking you to as, after 13 years and with many other commitments, I now have less time to look for and organise the outings.  We have seen more than 80 shows since The Magic of the Dance in July 2005, through Othello in the open air at Ludlow, to Nigel Kennedy at Malvern and Pam Ayres in our own theatre, Hereford’s Courtyard.  There have been wonderful highlights - Top Hat, the amazing War Horse (twice) and Les Trockaderos - as well as the never-to-be-forgotten (for quite different reasons) Toast!

Upcoming and the last Show:

Thursday 15th March 2018.  Cilla, The Musical at Bristol Hippodrome for the 2.30pm production.

Tickets £46 including coach.
