Burton Gardens / Crescent Social Club
Our Social Club is run by a small elected Committee of 9 people.
Each year we strive to organize trips and functions as often as possible for our members. Some of the coach trips we have organized are the Severn Valley Railway,Aberystwyth, Weston super Mare and many more. Some of the annual functions we hold are Christmas Lunches, Burns Supper etc. Most weeks we hold Tea & Chat sessions, Bingo, Over 60's Club and whist drives and more.
Our members are mostly over 60 and they pay a subscription of £7 per year which means when we organise coach trips they pay usually about half the price that Non members pay. Throughout the year we usually hold 2 or 3 Coffee Mornings which raises money for local causes such as the Weobley Scouts, St Michaels Hospice etc.
New members are always welcome.
