Weobley Arts Project: Equipment for Hire

Formed in 2000 with the aid of funding from the E.C. and Herefordshire Council, we have a range of arts based equipment available to hire within rural Herefordshire.

We are a non-profit making organisation and funds are used to maintain and replace equipment, therefore these prices are a guide and are negotiable.

 

Hire Charges:

 

 

Lighting: (to include controller) minimum hire per week

 

Full Rig (18 lanterns) £ 90

12 lanterns / 8 lanterns / 6 lanterns £ 60 / £40 / £30

 

Display Boards:

 

Full Set (12 single panels, 4 three-panel kits) £ 15 per day £ 40 per week

Single panel £ 3 per hire

Single three panel kit £ 5 per hire

 

Projection Equipment:

 

Cinema Kit (projector, amps, DVD, speakers, stands) £ 25 per hire

Projector (slide) £ 5 per hire

Projector (multimedia - not suitable for DVD use, inc. stand) £ 10 per hire

Projector (multimedia – cinema projection, inc. stand) £ 15 per hire

Screen (small)/(large) £ 5 per hire / £ 10 per hire

 

Audio/Visual Equipment:

 

Small P.A. system (inc. amp./ speakers/mic.(s) & stand) £ 25 per hire

Large P.A. system (audio box) £ 45 per hire

Video Camera and Editor £ 20 per hire

 

Musical instruments:

 

Drum kit £ 10 per week

Keyboard, Alto Saxophone, Bass Guitar, Squier

Guitar (amps and stands), Bongos @ £ 5 per week

Smaller instruments (Bongo drum, Bodhran, Temple

Block set, cymbals. Glockenspiel, Wind Chimes) @ £ 1 per week

Box of small percussion instruments (tambourines,shakers,

maracas, bell tree, triangles, guiro fish, handbells, etc.) £ 5 per week
