1st Weobley Scout Group

Located just to the south of Weobley village centre on Hereford Road, Weobley Scout Group's Headquarters is a traditional wooden Scout Hut dating back to the early seventies.

Having overcome the countrywide problem of falling numbers the Scout Group in Weobley is now thriving with some 16 Cubs, aged between 8 and 11 years, together with 20 Scouts of 11 years and over.

Cubs section meets on Thursday evenings commencing at 18:45 and finishing at 20:45. Scout section meets on Monday evenings commencing at 19:30 and finishing at 21:00.

Weobley Scout Group has recently become part of the new South Marches District formed from the amalgamation of the Old Hereford and Leominster Districts.

Any young people wishing to join Weobley Scout Group should contact Akela (Cubs) Elizabeth Wellings on 01568 612010 or Scout Leader Neil Styles on 07791 074735.
